We landed on “The Link” for the name bc “link” represents the vision of the up-and-coming location where the property sits, as it is becoming a destination in itself that will further serve as a “connection” point btwn downtown and East Nashville. If you didn’t know, Mario Brown (@buildgreenville) has been up to some pretty cool stuff in the 864 lately. The launch of his new business, @affordableupstate is the only one of its kind, focused on redeveloping affordable residential multifamily real estate in and around Greenville. Their mission? To bring modern, energy-efficient, affordable living to the Upstate of South Carolina. In other words? They are passionate about serving the people in their city and improving the city that they call home. “Vista West” is one of the first of many communities that Mario and the AU team are focused on redeveloping to help bring a better living experience + housing option to the west side of GVL for those living in this community.
